Changes to expect for your upcoming appointment at Insight Optometry and Vision Therapy

As we return to providing eye care to the community the safety of our staff and patients will remain the top priority. We would advise you please review the following changes to our clinic below and please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

What you can expect from us:
● disinfection and cleaning of the office regularly and exam room between patients
● screening patients for COVID symptoms
● proper PPE for staff and patients
● distance safeguards such as shields
● measures to try and minimize your exposure time in our clinic
● Teleoptometry visits for urgent care for those who are at risk of infection
● Patients with a red eye or showing possible COVID symptoms may have their
the temperature reading is taken by the staff with a non-contact temperature reader

What we expect from you:
● Do NOT come into the clinic if you have any COVID symptoms- your appointment can be rescheduled for a future date or a teleoptometry visit can be arranged
● Come alone (unless necessary to bring others)
● Call when you arrive so we can check you in over the phone
● Wear a mask for your visit
● Mandatory use of our hand cleaning station when entering our clinic
● Please respect the personal space of others in the clinic if possible
